BOOKS AND BRICKS – DONATIONS IN MEMORY AND HONOR OF YOUR LOVED ONES

New Book Donations

The library gratefully accepts monetary donations toward book purchases in memory or in honor of a loved one. Acknowledgements will be sent. Please call or come in for more information. We will be happy to guide you through the process!

Buy-A-Brick Library Fundraiser

Please contact the library for more information if you’d like to donate an inscribed library sidewalk brick in memory or in honor of a loved one. The sidewalk is at our front entrance. One brick is $100. All proceeds benefit the library!

Annual Book Sale

Each fall, the library hosts a week-long used book sale. Check the calendar for the sale schedule. Come in and support the library, and browse a huge collection of books for all ages and interests! We also offer a variety of DVDs. If you’d like to donate items for the sale, starting June 1st through the start of the sale, we accept books and DVDs that are clean, undamaged, and odor-free. We do not accept encyclopedias, textbooks, magazines, Reader’s Digest condensed books, or VHS tapes. We ask that all donors check in at the front desk so we can review your donations before accepting them. We reserve the right to decline donations that cannot be used.

Provide Financial Support

Help support the growth of the Ellwood City Public Library by making a donation. Whether it’s a one-time gift or a recurring donation, every contribution, big or small, plays a crucial role in maintaining the library and strengthening our community’s future. You may make an online donation through our partnership with Network for Good. We also gratefully accept donations via mail or at the desk. Your donation can be in memory or in honor of a loved one. You may also become a supporter by responding to our annual appeal or participating in a fundraising event.
